Ed Worrell, an independent insurance agent who has worshiped with us several times, would like to share useful information with any seniors, particularly those who will be turning 65, regarding the complexities of the healthcare system and signing up for the various Medicare and Medicaid plans. Without endorsing any healthcare organization or doing any sales or marketing, he can explain eligibility, premiums, deductibles, copays, supplementary insurance, subsidies, etc. The MLT is planning on having him present this information in the library after our First Wednesday Supper on February 5th.
